Pastor Bolaji Denies Involvement In Real Estate, Says He Has Only One Property Given By His Parents

The Lead Pastor of the Harvesters International Christian Center (HICC), Bolaji Idowu, has denied involvement in the N1.5billion estate fraud allegations which the Nigerian police are currently investigating.

Idowu, after he was released from the police custody in Abuja following “intervention” from big shots in the Aso Rock Villa and top clerics in the country, said that he is not into real estate business.

The cleric said that the only property he has in Nigeria is the one his late parents bequeathed to him.

Idowu was quoted as saying, “The only property I have in Nigeria is the one my late parents bequeathed to me. I am not into real estate. We are victorious on all sides.”

Pastor Idowu was arrested by the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for alleged N1.5 billion fraud.

He was however released after some forces in the Aso Rock Villa and some top pastors in the country mounted pressure on the Nigerian police.
