Breaking: Moji Ojora Becomes New Lagos Speaker, As Hon Obasa Is Impeached

The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has been impeached for gross misconduct and abuse of office.

90% of the lawmakers were in support of his impeachment that took place today January 13.

He has been replaced with Hon Mojisola Metanda of Apapa 1 constituency.
