FCT Minister’s Wife Justice Eberechi Wike Recommends Amputation For Sex Offenders

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister’s wife, Justice Eberechi Wike, has recommended that sex offenders or any individual found guilty of defiling a minor should get his or her body parts amputated.

According to Vanguard, she made this known of recent while stressing that a law should be passed with respect to her opinion as such punishment would reduce the cases of sexual assaults across the country.

She said: ‘ We should do much more. I think we should do something that will be really drastic, that will make them think twice before they do that. I cannot think of anything better than having legislation that whatever part of your body you use on a child while defiling the child, should be cut off whether finger, mouth or private part ‘.

She added: ‘ I think men will take it more seriously when you come up with such legislation. I hope a man in the House of Reps or Senate sponsors a bill like that.
