The unfortunate incident occurred on Friday around the Felele axis of Lokoja, near the Kogi State Polytechnic area, throwing students, residents and family members into mourning.

According to eyewitness accounts, AbdulKarim was attempting to navigate the busy road when he reportedly tried to avoid some wheelbarrow operators along the route. In the process, he lost his balance and accidentally fell onto the path of a speeding trailer.
