Grammy-winning singer Ne-Yo is opening up about his untraditional love life. The 46-year-old appeared on Sherri this week and revealed that he is publicly dating Arielle Hill, Cristina, and Moneii saying it’s not three separate relationships, but one relationship with three women.

He explained that after his very public divorce from Crystal Renay in 2023 following claims that he fathered a child with another woman he vowed never to lie to a woman again. Ne-Yo said he approached one of his girlfriends first and honestly explained that he loved her, but also wanted to bring in the other women.

“I basically went to her and said, ‘Listen, you know I rock with you. You know I love you, but it’s not just you. I would love for you to meet these other women, and if we can figure out a way to do something together, cool. If not, that’s cool too,’” he said.

All the women chose to stay, and Ne-Yo emphasized that everyone gets their own time, while also valuing “group time.” He also shared that holidays like Valentine’s Day require thoughtfulness, because the same gift doesn’t work for all of them.

He added that the women cannot date other men, a rule they agreed to themselves.

Despite the challenges, Ne-Yo said he is not afraid of hard work when it comes to making the relationship successful. “I’ve never been afraid of hard work. Never ever,” he said with a smile.
