Henry Okoye, elder brother of music duo P-Square, Peter and Paul Okoye, has raised concerns over what he described as a drastic change in Paul’s personality, alleging that their elder brother, Jude Okoye, may have influenced the singer.
Henry said Paul was once a warm, kind and approachable member of the family, describing him as “the nicest person” among them and even kinder than his twin brother, Peter.
However, he said Paul’s attitude had changed significantly, leaving him questioning what might have caused the transformation.
Speaking about the strained relationship between the brothers, Henry said he could not rule out the possibility of spiritual influence, although he admitted he had no evidence to support the claim.
“I don’t know if Jude used juju on Paul. I don’t know. I cannot tell,” he said.
Henry went on to allege that Jude had influenced Paul against Peter, while again questioning whether spiritual or voodoo practices could be involved.
“I don’t know if it’s voodoo that he’s using to control Paul now. I don’t know,” he added.
He also disputed the suggestion that Paul was responsible for escalating disagreements over Peter’s concerns about staying in Paris and his reported desire to own a house there.
According to Henry, Paul’s character, as he knew it, did not make him likely to take such a step.
“I don’t think Paul is the one that did that. Paul will not do that. So, I believe Jude is the one that engineered Paul,” he said.
Henry further alleged that Jude had contributed to divisions within the family, claiming that the situation had affected his own relationship with Paul.
Despite the ongoing tensions, however, Henry expressed hope that the family would eventually put their differences aside and resolve their disagreements.
His comments come amid renewed public attention on the long-running disputes surrounding the Okoye family and the strained relationship between the P-Square twins.
