Less than One month to his wedding, Military Officer Dies in Alleged Ambush

A Nigerian military officer, Lieutenant Abdullahi Isma’il Chafe, has reportedly lost his life following an alleged ambush on military personnel in Sokoto State.

The tragic incident reportedly happened days before his wedding ceremony scheduled for June 13, 2026, according to a wedding notification currently circulating online.
