More Trouble As Three Men File Rape, Sexual Assault Lawsuits Against Sean ‘Diddy’

American Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently facing fresh trouble as three men have filed new lawsuits of alleged rape and sexual assault against him at the New York state’s Supreme Court.

The men who anonymously filed the civil case through attorney Thomas Giuffra, accused the 55-year-old music mogul of drugging their drinks and assaulting them while they were unconscious between 2019 and 2022.

Each lawsuit details disturbing allegations. One plaintiff claims Combs’ associates threatened him to ensure his silence, the NBC News reports.

One of the men alleged that his assault was recorded, and he was paid cash afterward, noting that a third states Combs and associates from “Bad Boy Records” took turns assaulting him.

Giuffra described Combs’ alleged actions as “frighteningly consistent,” saying, “He would hit them with the drinks, knock them out, and when they woke up, he’d be raping them.”

These lawsuits add to a growing list of accusations against Combs, many of which involve similar claims of assault and drugging dating back to the 1990s.

Combs has been detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his September arrest on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution.

Prosecutors allege Combs used his business empire to orchestrate drug-fueled sexual exploitation, including directing and recording encounters. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and been denied bail three times, with his trial set for May.

The three plaintiffs, all identified as John Doe, seek unspecified damages and jury trials. They claimed fear for their safety, with Giuffra stating, “They’re afraid someone affiliated with him could end their life.”

Their lawsuits also named Combs’ companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings and Sony Music Holdings as defendants.

Combs’ legal team denies the allegations, labeling them “lies” and threatening to pursue sanctions against the lawyers involved.

One John Doe, a longtime employee of Combs, alleges that in February 2020, Combs drugged him during a meeting at a Manhattan hotel to discuss unpaid wages.

The plaintiff says he lost consciousness and awoke to Combs raping him. He claims Combs and his associates later threatened him into silence.
