Our Child Needs Urgent Medical Help — Elon Musk’s Babymama, Grimes Calls Him Out For Neglecting Their Son

Singer-songwriter Grimes has publicly pleaded with her former partner, Elon Musk, to respond to her regarding their child’s urgent medical situation.

In a series of now-deleted tweets widely circulated on Thursday, February 20, the 36-year-old musician initially wrote, “Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis.” She followed up with, “I am sorry to do this publicly, but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention.”

Grimes did not disclose details about the medical crisis or specify which of their three children—X Æ A-Xii (4), Exa Dark Sideræl (3), or Techno Mechanicus (2)—was affected.

Musk, 53, and Grimes were first linked in May 2018 and had an on-and-off relationship before officially splitting in 2022.

In another tweet, Grimes urged Musk to designate someone to handle the matter if he refused to communicate directly. “If you don’t want to talk to me, can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this? This is urgent, Elon.”

When an X user suggested that going public might not be the best approach, Grimes defended her decision, claiming Musk had ignored her messages and missed all scheduled meetings. “I’m not giving any details, but he won’t respond to texts, calls, or emails and has skipped every meeting. Our child will suffer lifelong impairment if he doesn’t respond ASAP,” she wrote. “So I need him to fucking respond, and if I have to apply public pressure, then I guess that’s where we’re at.”
