Panic As Soldiers And Traders Clash At A Plaza In Abuja

There was pandemonium at the popular Banex plaza in Wuze 2, Abuja following a clash between soldiers and traders on Saturday, May 18.

It was gathered that trouble started after a team of soldiers stormed the plaza to make some arrests, although it’s unclear the reason for the arrests.

A trending video shows some traders beating at least two of the soldiers as others managed to escape.

After the attack, the soldiers were said to have reinforced and stormed the plaza a second time.

In a video obtained, people could been seen running helter-skelter as they try to take cover.
