Whitemoney Set To Sue BBNAIJA Season 6 Organizers For Defaulting On Agreement

BBNAIJA Season 6 winner, Hazel Oyeye Onou popularly known as ‘Whitemoney’ has vowed to sue the organizers and sponsors for refusing to fulfil their promises. The  reality TV show organizers and sponsors  is being sued for defaulting in its contractual agreement over the prize he won.

The Enugu-born businessman, who won a 2-bedroom flat during the show, swore to sue the sponsors with BBNaija’s organizers for failure to hand over keys to his house.

Courtesy of Revolution Plus and Scanfrost, the Enugu-born businessman was supposed to receive a classic two-bedroom flat furnished with the best of home appliances.

The singer announced his plans during a question and answer session with fans on his Insta story after a concerned fan had suggested to Whitemoney that he should ensure the real estate company property posted video of his house presentation online for all to see.

The fan wrote: “Make Revolution Plus Property post the video of your House Presentation, dat’s all. U won it.”

Reacting, the singer noted soon enough, he would slam all the parties involved with a lawsuit.

“We taking them and the organizers plus the whole brand to court SOON that’s on God”, said Whitemoney.

Popular South African Rapper AKA Shot Dead In Drive-By Shooting In Durban

The police in Durban have confirmed rapper Kiernon ‘AKA’ Forbes was shot dead in a drive-by shooting on Florida Road on Friday night.

Another person believed to be AKA’s bodyguard, was also wounded, while another unidentified person, who is understood to be a close friend of AKA, has been shot dead.

It is understood that AKA was standing outside the Wish Restaurant when he was gunned down in a drive-by shooting.

Two unknown cars are believed to have opened fire on the rapper.

Several police sources confirmed  that the rapper AKA had been shot dead.

The shooting happened just before 10pm.

Police had cordoned off the area.

According to reports, stunned patrons at a nearby restaurant said AKA had been standing outside Wish when he was gunned down.

Garrith Jamieson, a spokesperson for ALS Paramedics said Florida Road has been closed off after the shooting incident Florida Road where two people have been confirmed deceased.

Jamieson said amongst the deceased was a “famous rapper”.

The identity of the second person shot dead is unknown at this stage, but he is understood to be a close friend of AKA.

According to social media posts, AKA was due to perform at a Durban night club, YUGO, where he was expected to perform as part of his birthday celebrations.

His close friend Da Les, took to social media to express shock.

One can recall that years ago,  a popular reggae artiste Lucky Dube was shot dead during a robbery in his house.

Nigerian Singers, Seun Kuti And Peter Okoye (Psquare) At War On Social Media

Nigerian Singer Peter Okoye of the Psquare music group, has slammed Seun Kuti, the son of legendary musician Fela Kuti, that the latter has no music career and all he does is brag about his family background.”

Okoye said this in a series of tweets he shared via his Twitter account on Wednesday.

The duo has been engaging in an online fight after Kuti said that the presidential candidate of the  Labour Party Peter Obi is an opportunist.

Okoye took to his Twitter handle to slam Kuti, saying, “ You had no music career in the first place… All you do is brag about your family background. That’s only what you talk about. What av u been able to achieve or influence in Nigeria? Total nothing.

“ PSQUARE is not the problem of Nigeria. Everyone is playing their part, you too play yours. Everyone have their callings. You sing about the ills of the society country, we sing about other things. That’s your calling, and you don’t expect everyone to sing like you.”

Prominient veteran actor Femi Ogunrombi is dead

Ogunronbi became popular by acting the role of Papa Ajasco in the comic TV series made well known by Wale Adenuga.

He died on Saturday evening according to report made available to IndepNews after a short illness.

He was a music composer , Director and acted in several movies and on stage

His death is coming barely one year after he lost his wife.

Mr Ogunronbi was a staunch member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church .

Mr. Femi Ogunrombi took over the character, Papa Ajasco when the former character, Abiodun Ayoyinka pulled out of the show and he carried on with the role while it lasted.
