You’ll Become a Billionaire in 6 months if you Follow My Teachings – Pastor Korede

The lead pastor of Masterplace International Church, Korede Komaiya, has claimed that people who follow his teachings could become millionaires within 90 days and attain billionaire status within six months.

Komaiya made the claim in a resurfaced video from the church’s Sunday service held on March 15, 2026, while speaking about financial success and the importance of speed in achieving life goals.

According to the pastor, putting his teachings into practice could lead to significant financial transformation within a short period.

“If you do what I teach, you will be a millionaire in 90 days, if not shorter. If you do what I teach, you will cross billions in six months,” Komaiya said.

He went on to point to what he described as positive testimonies from members of the church as evidence of the impact of the teachings.

“Look at all the good reports,” he repeatedly told the congregation.

Komaiya also used the analogy of a race to stress the importance of acting quickly in pursuit of success.

“Life is a race and in every race, speed is a determinant. Life is a race and because life is a race, speed becomes important,” he said.

“Speed is critical because life is a race. Speed is cardinal because this is a race,” he added.

The pastor subsequently encouraged members to remind those around them that they were “in a race”.

“Can you help me tell your neighbour quickly, we are in a race,” he told the congregation.

Komaiya also referenced 1 Kings 18:46, a biblical passage describing how the hand of God came upon Prophet Elijah and gave him supernatural strength to outrun King Ahab’s chariot.

Quoting from the Amplified Classic version, he said, “The hand of the Lord came upon Elijah, giving him supernatural strength. He gathered up his loins, outran.”

He concluded by connecting the biblical account to divine intervention and success, saying, “When the hand of God is upon you, you will always overtake.”

The remarks have since resurfaced online, drawing attention to the pastor’s views on wealth, speed and supernatural intervention in achieving financial success.
